2. Service Agreement
Our service agreement covers appliance repair and maintenance services provided at your residence or business location in Providence, RI and surrounding areas.
Service Scope
- Diagnostic and repair services for household appliances
- Maintenance services as requested
- Parts replacement with genuine or equivalent quality parts
- Service plan on completed repairs (90-day standard service plan)
3. Pricing and Payment
Our pricing is transparent and competitive. All estimates are provided before work begins.
- Diagnostic Fee: A diagnostic fee may apply, which is credited toward the repair cost if repair is completed
- Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in advance
- Accepted Payments: Cash, check, and major credit cards
- Service Plan: 90-day service plan on parts and labor for all completed repairs
4. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure safe and efficient service, customers agree to:
- Provide clear access to appliances requiring service
- Ensure the appliance area is free from hazards and obstructions
- Remove items from on top of or around appliances when requested
- Be present during service appointments unless alternative arrangements are made
- Maintain safe conditions for our technicians
5. Service Limitations
Our service does not include:
- Repairs to appliances damaged by accident, misuse, or neglect
- Cosmetic repairs or modifications not affecting functionality
- Replacement of entire appliances (we provide repair services only)
- Repair of appliances not previously diagnosed by our technicians
6. Service Plan and Liability
We stand behind our work with a comprehensive warranty program:
- 90-day service plan on all parts and labor
- Service plan covers defects in workmanship and parts supplied
- Service plan does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse
- Damage to surrounding areas or other items is the customer's responsibility
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. To help us serve you better:
- Please provide at least 2 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
- Same-day emergency service may be available with additional fees
- Late arrival may result in rescheduling for safety and quality reasons
- No-show appointments may result in charges for time reserved
8. Emergency Services
Emergency repair services are available 24/7 for urgent situations:
- Emergency service availability may vary based on technician schedules
- Emergency service fees may apply
- Emergency situations include complete appliance failure or safety hazards

9. Parts and Materials
We use quality parts and materials for all repairs:
- Original manufacturer parts when available
- Quality equivalent parts when originals are not available
- All parts are warranted for 90 days from installation
- Customer approval required for parts over $100
